The uncertainty of stabilization operations environment to the reconstruction of failed state

Abstract

This investigation address the implementation and the develop- ment of stability operations carried out by The United Nations Organization, in countries that have been declared as a failed state.
In this article, causal concept that leads to the extension of stability operations is explained. The analysis is useful to understand the new state scenario in which the stabilization operations take place, since in the intervened state there is no plans to develop its own government institutions.

For the analysis of the sources, it was used the technique of “content analysis” in order to compared the evidence of objection about the process. In addition, the analysis allowed to contrast different resources to get relevant information on the case study.
